3. Voting Rules and Fair Play

The integrity of our voting system is paramount. Users agree to:

  • Not create multiple accounts to manipulate votes
  • Not exchange votes for compensation
  • Not use automated systems to cast votes
  • Not attempt to reveal product identities during the Phantom phase

Violations may result in permanent bans and vote nullification.

4. Product Submissions

By submitting a product, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the product
  • All information provided is accurate and not misleading
  • The product does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • You accept the outcome of the voting process

We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PhantomList, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Product submissions remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Actions of other users or third parties
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
