The Anti-Product Hunt

Products Win on Merit,
Not Marketing

No logos. No screenshots. No founder names. Just your idea, pitched in text—judged by the community.

The Problem with Product Launches

Today's launch platforms are popularity contests. The founder with the biggest Twitter following wins. The startup with the slickest landing page gets the upvotes. Great products from unknown builders? Buried.

We're resetting the game.

How It Works

1

Submit Your Phantom

You submit your product as a "Phantom"—anonymous by design. No logo, no screenshots, no name. Just a tagline, description, target user, risks, and pricing. Words only.

2

Enter the Phantom Phase

Each phase has only 30 slots. Your product competes blindly for one week. The community votes:

👍 Back = Believe in it👎 Fade = Not convinced
3

Survive or Fade

At the end of the phase, votes are tallied. Products that earn enough support Ascend. Those that don't? Fade into the void. No second chances in that phase.

4

The Reveal

Survivors earn the right to reveal their identity. Your logo, name, screenshots, and links are finally shown. The top product earns the No.1 Phantom Launch badge—a mark of genuine community validation.

The Rules

🚫NO pay-to-jump-the-queue. Ever.
🎫Small application fee (first 4 phases are 100% FREE)
🔒30 products per phase. Scarcity is intentional.
🔄Faded? You can resubmit—but you go to the back of the queue.
Passed? You cannot resubmit. Focus on building.

Why This Works

Level Playing FieldA solo dev can beat a VC-backed startup.
Honest FeedbackNo pity votes. No bias. Just the idea.
True ValidationPassing Phantom means your idea resonates.
Quality SignalThe badge is earned, not bought.
